Her roles included Judy Kramer as a Fox 2005 program Point Pleasant, and Marcy playing a character on Dawson's Creek. Three years in the role of Marina Cooper, in Guiding Light's soap opera, earned her nominations to the Soap Opera Digest Awards 2003 in the Outstanding Newcomer category. Dollar was on screen as Cindy Thomas from 2007 until 2008 in the ABC soap opera Women's Murder Club. Dollar starred on the 2012 NBC Happy Valley pilot which was not selected for the series.
